Happy New Year to you and yours.  The Good Time Lounge is celebrating our 21 years!!!  Please don't forget our continuing Food Drive for Callie Clinic.

All Memberships are due.  It's that time of the year again when we expire all memberships and start new for the upcoming year.  Texas law requires all patrons to be members of the bar.  You will be asked to fill out an application card during your next visit.  The fee for one year membership is only $3.00 and will not expire until December 11th, 2010.
Membership information is closely guarded and not sold or shared with anyone or entity.  This information is only available to our management and TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) officials.  The only information available to our staff is on a list with your name and ID info.  Again, addresses and telephone numbers are not published or shared.  If you opt for electronic notification, your e-mail address will also be part of this membership list.
 
Of course, our charter members need only fill out the new card and there is no charge.  The Good Time Lounge requires everyone to have a membership - even if individual is not drinking alcoholic beverage.  While underage individual cannot be members of the club, we still require these individuals to fill out a membership card.
The Good Time Lounge is interested in sharing upcoming events with our customers.  We encourage everyone to provide us with an e-mail address so we can keep you informed of events.  These mailings are monthly and on the week of an event.  The club is not interested in "spamming."  You can opt out at any time by e-mailing us an unsubscribe request to webmaster@goodtimelounge.com
 
Food Drive   Now through December 31st.  We will be collecting Non-perishable Food Items at the door of the club for Callie Clinic (Formerly the Aids Resource Center Of Texoma - ARCOT).

Callie Clinic serves those infected with HIV/AIDS in Grayson, Cooke and Fannin Counties.  They provide clients with Outpatient Medical, Food Pantry, Transportation, Dental, Case Management, Housing Assistance and Free HIV Testing.  Your Food Donations will assist the agency in providing these much needed services.  While out shopping - remember our HIV+ community members in need.  Items needed:
A Great Start...Canned Goods - Meats, Fruits and Vegetables
Non-Perishable Foods - Cereals, Pastas and Hamburger Helpers
Food Staples - Flour, Cornmeal, Biscuit Mixes
Toiletries - Toilet Paper, Tooth Brushes, Soap and Shampoo
Household Items - Dish Soap, Hand Soap and Laundry Detergent
Ensure and Boosts
Any Healthy Non-Perishable Chooses you buy for your home while grocery shopping...

Profits collected from your cover charge on Saturday Night will fund the Food Pantry!  So even if you forget to bring food, you are still contributing.

Saturday, May 22nd - Dominique O'Hara Skyy & Guest Drag Show - Dominique has invited Alexis Nicole Whitey, The Official Miss Gay Texas At Large 2010, Jada Fox, Miss Ft. Worth FFI 2010, and Taylor Renee Skyy.  Other names to be added.  This will be a great show and a good time...  Show starts at 10pm.

Friday, June 4th - GTs Midnight Madness Drag Show - Join Olivia Montgomery as she host Dominique O'Hara Skyy, KaDee Skyy, Heather Skyy, and Morgan Von D in this midnight show.  Jerry Harvey took over the bar on June 1, 1988 and now has had it for 22 years.  The Good Time Lounge is the oldest (and longest continually run) nightclub in Grayson County (of course the American Leagues and VFW's may have been here longer, but their officers change yearly...).

Sunday, June 13th - LuLu Karaoke w/ a side of Olivia Ford Siinclair & Guest - Enjoy Lulu's usual Karaoke Show with just and little drag and comedy.

Saturday, June 19th - 80's Dance Night - We're celebrating everything about the 80's and playing your favorites for the era.

Sunday, June 20th - LuLu Karaoke w/ a side of Olivia Ford Siinclair & Guest - Enjoy Lulu's usual Karaoke Show with just and little drag and comedy.

Saturday, June 26th - Alright Playas - Get yo bitches an git ta GT's fora Phat Night!!!  Pimp & Ho Ball -  The Good Time Lounge welcomes the Thespians and participants of the Oklahoma Shakespearean Festival at Southeastern Oklahoma State University to the club.
