    We recently ask several local businesses to help with a raffle in the club to raise monies for our holiday fundraiser.  I expected T-Shirts, tanning sessions and other small types of donations.  Our local businesses have contributed hugely.  The Cash donations go directly into the Food Pantry.  As does the food donations.

    What's more, all the proceeds from the show on November 29th (i.e. Cover, Raffle Sales and Performers tips) goes to Christmas Baskets (or Gift Cards) for the clients of the Callie Clinic.  All this, and your Non-Perishable Food Donations will help make a Happy Holiday for individuals that can really use the assistance.

The Good Time Lounge would also like to thank all of our customers and the performers of the TGRA Ft Worth Chapter for your help in this project.  We will be collecting Non-Perishable Food Items throughout the end of the year.  You are welcome to bring items to the club and we'll be sure and get them to the Callie Clinic.

I want to take a moment and thank everyone involved in last nights fundraiser.

There was many donations of canned good for the food pantry. This will help greatly.

The performers tips, cover charge and cash donations came to just under $1100.00. This will help keep the food pantry full until Feb or March. With ongoing donations of food to through the Food Drive, Callie Clinic should be able to keep clients fed through to the Spring.

Several businesses donated for our raffle. Cash donations have already been utilized by the clinic. Jim (one of our customers) brought in a case of Ensure. Jan (of No Place Like Home Dog Grooming is Pottsboro) is giving 8 cases of Ensure and added $40 to her initial $50 donation.

The performers put on a good show and were a delight to work with. They handled everything very well.
